Located opposite, the national marine park ORIENT BEACH is undoubtedly one of the most magnificent and talked about beaches in the Caribbean. These marine park islands form a sanctuary for local wildlife and are easily accessible by Jet Ski, kayak, wind surf and catamaran.
Climate
Situated in the centre of the Greater and Lesser Antilles, Saint Martin/Sint Maarten enjoys a subtropical climate, tempered by constant trade winds. The most pleasant period is from November until June. The months of July to October also offer agreeable weather conditions. Water temperature fluctuates between 26° and 30° year round!

Beach
Undoubtedly one of the most magnificent and talked about beaches in the Caribbean, 3.5 miles of white coral sand beach is protected in part by a coral reef and the marine reserve islands. The constant cooling trade winds and light wave action provide excellent swimming conditions. A naturist resort is located towards the southern end of the beach .Complementary lounge chairs, sun umbrellas and signing privileges are provided at our full service beach restaurants.
Watersport
Wind Adventures in operation since 1993, is the Sailing school on the island. Multilingual fully qualified monitors offer personalized quality lessons. A large range of up-to-date and well maintained equipment – (Wind surfs Kayaks, Hobbie Cats, Kite surfs, SUPs, Surfs, masks and tubas) available to rent, Half and full day trip excursions to the marine park islands are also available.

Since July 2018 Fabien and his team welcome you daily for lunch and dinner in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. You will enjoy a varied cuisine with many fish specialties with exotic flavors, not to mention a classic and tasty snack menu daily specials and of course their delicious cocktails.
Kakao Beach
KKO remains true to itself and its identity: vegetation, wood, sand, and the desire to blend harmoniously with the beautiful landscape of Orient Bay. Your favorite classics are still on the menu, in addition to a culinary journey around the world. New flavors, new recipes and fusion cuisine inspired by Nikkei cuisine, with subtle Caribbean touches. Every Sunday, let yourself be carried away by the sounds of our Dj’s. Wai Plage
The brand new beach in orient bay.
Fresh lobster and whole fish caught by our local fisherman Maxime are delivered daily to the Wai Plage. For the meat lovers a selection of prime meat cuts are prepared to perfection on our lava stone grill. Christelle and her team look forward to welcoming you to this little corner of paradise.

Coco Beach

Our 53 guest rooms are located within 17 Stylish colonial villas are set amidst 7.5 acres of tropical gardens. A harmonious blend of luxurious palms, banana trees, bougainvilliers , hibiscus and alamanda encirclethe Creole colored villas capped with shingled roofs. The atmosphere is decisively exotic; guest rooms are tastefully decorated in warm colors and original art work. Each ground floor villa comprises one suite and 2 studios which may be rented separately or combined through interior, connecting doors. The large terraces are cooled by the trade winds and offer for the upper level categories panoramic views over the bay, surrounding islands and the marine reserve.
